Reiki Energy Healing Treatments
What is Reiki?
Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is an ancient Japanese form of energy healing that means 'Universal life force energy', the energy which is in us and all around us. To understand how energy healing works, it is helpful to remember that everything in our Universe is energy; our thoughts, our emotions, and our bodies are all made up of energy. Reiki is a form of holistic and natural hands on healing that works well with other therapies and conventional medicine. During a Reiki treatment, the healing energy flows through a trained Practitioner and into the client to promote healing on all levels; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual - providing stress reduction, relaxation and leading to overall wellness. Reiki is provided by a Certified Practitioner who has been Attuned to the Reiki energy. This process is achieved through an Attunement by a Certified Reiki Master/Teacher.
The Endless Benefits of Reiki
I often refer to Reiki as a 'spiritual massage', as there is no physical manipulation of the body, and yet, the effects are very similar. A Reiki healing treatment promotes a deep sense of relaxation that lasts a long time, as well as increased circulation which helps to eliminate toxins and assists in our bodies own ability for self healing and over all well being. After just one session, clients often experience a drastic reduction in stress and a feeling of calmness and balance, as well as feeling 'lighter' or 'floaty'. Reiki can also be very useful in treating and healing anxiety, depression, chronic pain and disease, emotional scars and negative thought patterns - though treated in the same way they were manifested - over time. Many simply use Reiki as part of their ongoing self care, alongside their monthly chiropractor or massage appointments, to maintain a healthy and balanced sense of self. The benefits of Reiki are not limited to healing. It can also be used to overcome obstacles and fears, to empower and manifest goals, and to improve relationships. Reiki can also be used to grow spiritually and to provide protection on all levels. It is a natural, and safe method of spiritual healing that is easy to learn and open to all who wish to study it. In my practice, I have found that Reiki has been very beneficial to those struggling in grief, as well as at the end of life, to help ease physical, emotional and spiritual pain and aide in a loving and peaceful transition.
My Reiki Treatments
One hour - $70
When you come for a Reiki treatment in my healing studio, we will begin with a short dialogue so I can learn what is going on in your life and what your goals are. This allows me to get a feel for your energy and begins to establish a level of trust so you feel safe to be open and share during the treatment. Setting an intention prior to starting puts that energy out into the Universe and amplifies your experience. You will rest comfortably and fully clothed on a bodywork table covered with lush blankets, surrounded by soft lighting and gentle music. Once the treatment begins, you will feel a comforting and loving spiritually guided energy flow through you and around you while I gently lay my hands on and above your body, moving from head to feet. My style of Reiki is to share messages and insights I receive through Clairsentience, Clairaudience, and Claircognizance from my Guides, which inspires dialogue, insights, and deeper healing of past and present issues. My treatments are an hour in length and include aura healing, chakra balance, full-body treatment and an Angel card with a message from your Angels for further healing and growth.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a $50 cancellation/no show fee must be paid prior to rebooking.
